At Two Tales Studio, we want you to love your pieces. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized, engraved, or personal care products (such as opened earrings for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
• Unboxing video or photo evidence is appreciated for damaged transit claims.
